Performance & Wellbeing Support with TMacLife

In partnership with TMacLife, I provide systemic psychotherapy and relational support for athletes, coaches, teams and the people closest to them. Our systemic approach recognises that performance, wellbeing, identity,  pressure, injury, recovery and relationship dynamics do not exist in isolation.


I work with athletes, coaches, teams, and families to understand the wider emotional and relational systems that influence both wellbeing and performance, creating supportive spaces for reflection, resilience, connection, and sustainable growth.

Emotional Systemic Services Can Include:


  • Individual, couple, family or group Systemic Psychotherapy
  • EMDR therapy sessions were clinically appropriate
  • Reflective practice for coaches, athletes and staff support for many related areas, including:
  • relationship support/team workshops
  • loss and trauma,
  • injury psychological recovery,
  • performance anxiety, pressure and distressing experiences
  • General athlete well-being check-ins and screening
  • Team workshops and reflective spaces
  • Coach and staff Systemic Consultations to facilitate psychological and relational support.
  • Collaborative support alongside physiotherapy and recovery services

A Systemic Approach


Systemic psychotherapy looks beyond symptoms alone. It considers the wider systems around an athlete or individual including your relationships, culture, environment, expectations, communication and lived experiences.


The aim is to create psychologically safe, reflective, and supportive spaces that strengthen both wellbeing and sustainable performance.


Working Together


Support can be offered:


  • Directly or through referral partnerships with TMacLife as part of integrated recovery and wellbeing pathways individualls, within families, team clubs, academies, schools and organisations.


Face-to-face sessions are available in Peterborough and online support is also offered.
